When you add a Text block to your row there is a number of things you can do to manipulate the content you're adding;
Choose typography style (as defined in presets).
Add a color overlay (to override the color it's defined with in presets).
Bold & Italic (on individual words and letters).
Alignment of the text inside the block.
Linking and unlinking.
Add mailto as a direct link to an email. Use the URL linking option and enter: mailto:example@mail.com and you are good to go.
All of these options are available through the text-toolbar that pops up when you activate or highlight text and should be familiar if you've used a text edit program before. All of these options can be applied either to the full text field, a sentence or simply a character.
