When you first add an Image block you have two ways of adding an image to it. Either you open up library and drag any given image to the block, or, you press "Click here to add", which opens up the library. From here you can select which image you'd like to use by clicking it in the sidebar. Apart from that you can readjust the size of the image, and adjust margins/orientation in the sidebar whilst in editor mode.
