Over the past couple of years we’ve changed a lot within the app, added more features, and made Brandpad faster and easier to use. We are continuously developing new features and options to give you exactly what you need. And what we’ve noticed is that collaboration is key and that our current plans were limiting that. So here’s what we came up with.
Instead of the current 5 plans - Starter, Studio Small, Studio Medium, Studio Large and Bespoke - we now have have 3 plans - Brand, Portfolio and Bespoke. All of the plans now include unlimited bandwidth, assets, and yes, users. You will be able to invite as many people as you want to collaborate with you on your brands regardless of the plan you’re on. While the new plans are available from August 1, your account will remain on your current plan until September 1. If you want to make the switch earlier, you can change your plan in the app.

We will also be saying goodbye to the Starter plan on November 1, 2023. After many happy years spent together, it’s time for Starter to retire. We will be sending out more information about this to current Starter users soon, so stay tuned for updates.
To sum up:
All accounts will now have unlimited users.
New plans became available on August 1, 2023.
Current subscribers will be transferred to new plans on September 1, 2023.
Starter plan will be phased out by November 30, 2023.
What do I need to know?
To ensure a seamless transition, we will automatically transfer you to the plan that best aligns with your usage. While the switch will occur on September 1, 2023, it will not affect your payment until the next billing cycle. If you want to make any changes to the number of your brands to land on a specific plan, do it by August 31. You can now also manually switch to a new plan.
If you are currently on Studio Large plan, we will reach out to you personally to go over the Bespoke options that would work best for you.
